NOAH CLARK, CPT, CNC, CF-L1

I raced dirt bikes competitively from age 8 to 20, dedicating myself to fitness and nutrition in pursuit of being the best. I believed doing more and eating less would improve my performance (and I feared becoming overweight), but this led to knee and back pain, as well as a lack of muscle and strength. I was athletic but felt weak and lacked confidence.

While coaching dirt bike riders, I discovered a passion for helping others improve. In 2021, God placed it on my heart to transition away from racing and focus on helping people. This was challenging, since racing was all I knew. I dove deeper into fitness and hired a coach for myself. In a few months, I built lean muscle, and overcame my fear of getting “fat,” which transformed my body and mindset.

I then worked with friends and family, worked at a gym, pursued certifications, and completed leadership training at Southeastern University. Later, I spent a year in Morocco, working at a gym and using fitness as a way to build community and minister to others.

When I returned to the U.S., I noticed a lack of emphasis in the Church on the importance of caring for one's body and treating it as a temple of the Holy Spirit. The Bible has many principles that can guide our health and fitness, which I've incorporated in my coaching. I've seen the impact of physical, mental, and spiritual transformation on many believers and leaders. I'm committed to continue dedicating my life to helping others, and I hope to support you in your journey as well.

How long does it take to complete The Men's Mastery Method?

This depends on the person. We ask for a minimum of 3 months. Some people will be able to reach their goal and go through the entirety of the protocol in that time, while others will need longer. The average client works with us 6-12 months.

Do I need access to a full gym?

No, your coach will work with you and put together an effective plan based off what you have access to.

I'm very busy; will that interfere with my ability to reach my goals?

Not at all, in fact having a coach will provide you with structure, systems, and a flexible plan to take the guess work and stress off of doing it on your own. Regardless, your goals aren't waiting for life to slow down (life rarely slows down) so it's best to take control of what you can and commit to a plan that works around the craziness of life!

What do I need?

To start, you only need a coachable mindset that's ready to make lasting change. From there, other items/equipment can be nice to have, but not needed.

What kind of diet will I follow?

The diet recommendations will be completely tailored toward you, your goals, and your experience.
