Beyond Training + Nutrition is opening its doors this fall, and we're offering our first 15 members special founding membership pricing. You'll be among the first to train at Beyond, lock in founding-member pricing, and help establish the community from the beginning.

It is personal training done inside a small group of up to 5 other individuals. Your workouts are personalized to your goals, fitness level, and movement needs. The small group allows you to have the individual attention, and guidance of personal training with the accountability, and community of a small group (some clients like to interact with each other and lean into the community feel, while others like to stay in their lane and focus on themselves. Either works!) The small group also allows you to get personal training at a more accessible price than traditional one-on-one personal training.
Not at all. Your program begins with where you are now. We'll assess your movement, training history, goals, and current ability before building your plan.
Your training is designed around your individual movement needs and history. We focus on building strength and improving movement while being mindful of areas that have given you trouble in the past.
Our memberships are designed around efficient, consistent training rather than spending hours in the gym. Most members will train two or three times per week, depending on their goals and membership.
No. Nutrition coaching is designed to work with your actual life. We'll establish realistic targets and strategies that support your goals without requiring restrictive diets or giving up every food you enjoy.
At a traditional gym, you're often left to figure out what to do, how much to lift, and whether you're actually making progress. At Beyond, your training is planned, coached, tracked, and adjusted for you. You also receive nutrition and lifestyle guidance as part of the bigger picture.
We don't promise overnight transformations. Meaningful changes take time and consistency. Our goal is to help you build habits and strength that continue producing results for months and years—not just for a 30-day challenge.
No. While body composition is a common goal, we also work with adults who want to build strength, improve mobility, feel more energetic, move better, and stay capable as they get older. Your program is built around your goals.
